Benjamin has worked for several peak bodies and professional associations in healthcare, agriculture and migration since 2007. Much of his experience working in these organisations has been in executive management, leadership, communication, marketing, membership, media and business development work.
Benjamin has also served on several other for purpose boards in healthcare, social services and human rights.

Benjamin Graham

Sara rethinks service delivery, funding models and stakeholder engagement and designs new systems that make differences to communities, and government, not-for-profit and commercial delivery systems. She combines and integrates co-designing, strategic thinking and project delivery. She is an executive, a project lead, advocate, public speaker and problem solver. She has led and managed teams and organisations and more than 20 projects in Australia and the United Kingdom with a focus on the need to integrate social, legal, commercial, public, and individual perspectives so that what emerges are outcomes that provide opportunities for new work/life-conditions, and that meet the ever-changing levels of complexity in our society.

She has extensive experience in major capital works project management, assurance, governance and delivery covering both the public and private sectors. An expert in strategic asset planning, Sara has provided expert advice to NSW Government clients to improve asset governance planning, delivery, and management.

Sara has held senior executive leadership roles in legal, commercial and government sectors, and is passionate about her work, bringing a high level of passion and rigor.

Sara Haslinger

David Bruce is a CEO/CFO and Company Director with experience in Australia, Middle East, India and the United Kingdom in the not-for-profit sectors of health, research and development, pharmaceutical, investment banking and finance, and design and building and construction  sectors.

He is strategically focused, achievement and performance-oriented and has been responsible for all aspects of business development, operations and stakeholder management.   David is a strong networker amongst business and political connections  in Australia, New Zealand and other international countries with governments, corporations and charities, particularly in the areas of not-for-profit health, pharmaceutical, research and development and medical organisation(s), design & building and construction. Recently, as CEO/CFO, Executive Director and shareholder of an international architectural practice at the Kann Finch Group, David focused on the corporate restructure and redevelopment of the practice during difficult trading conditions in Australia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Middle East and African (MENA) region – travelling between these countries to establish project contacts and develop businesses –  following the global financial crisis.

He is a graduate and member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Fellow of The Institute of Managers and Leaders and is currently completing an MBA and MBL via Southern Cross University.

David Bruce

Sarah brings strategic, financial and corporate governance skills from three decades of board and executive experience in not-for-profits, SMEs and multinationals in Australia, France and the US. She has served on 14 health / infrastructure / education / sport / agrifoods boards in the last decade (four current) and is Director of her own SME consultancy. Sarah holds a BA, BCA, MBA (Hons) and GAICD and has received multiple awards for her not-for-profit, consultancy and corporate work. She is a member of Governance Institute (Fellow), Australian Marketing Institute (Fellow, CPM, Awards Head Judge), Women on Boards, Australian Fulbright Alumni Association, Victoria University of Wellington Alumni Association (Regional Ambassador – Sydney) and University of Chicago Alumni Association (Founder and former Chair, Perth Branch). Sarah is enjoying combining her passion for the community sector with her communication skills to build awareness and advocacy for community services within Australia.

Sarah Richardson

Dalvin brings strategic legal, commercial, and technology skills from over 16 years’ experience practicing as a commercial and technology lawyer in the health, technology, and government sectors.

He is currently a senior lawyer at a global law firm where his main areas of practice are in cyber security, government contracting, technology sourcing, and e-commerce. In addition to his professional practice, Dalvin teaches a Master of Law Course at the Australian National University. Dalvin holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), and a Master of Law.

Dalvin is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves as Vice Chair of the Technology Sourcing committee of the International Technology Lawyers Association. He has presented and written on a wide array of commercial and cyber security topics.

Dalvin is strategically focussed and believes that putting the end-consumer at the centre of, and the use of effective risk management techniques in, decision making is the key to achieving long term positive outcomes.

Dalvin Chien

Jacqueline is currently employed as a leader in the for-purpose sector which sees her working in pedagogy, project management, stakeholder engagement, digital programs and policy implementation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Languages) and a Master of Teaching (Primary) from the University of Sydney and is a graduate Board Observer from the Sydney Observership program. Jacqueline has over 15 years’ experience working in diverse roles across the education sector in Australia and the UK. She is a former Primary School educator, researcher, teacher mentor, Admissions, Engagement and Advancement professional. Jacqueline’s career has been characterised by her personal philosophy of servant leadership; seeking out justice for those without the power and opportunities to develop agency on their own. She has implemented and led projects funded by large philanthropic and government organisations and see her working with vulnerable young people as well as First Nations peoples in remote, regional and metropolitan settings. Jacqueline is inspired by the potential of the not-for-profit sector to influence social change, policy and practice.

Jacqueline Brewer

Steve Sant has extensive experience in senior roles throughout the health industry having held positions ranging from registered nurse to head office executive management roles including Company Secretary and Network Manager of the Australian Medicare Local Alliance, CEO of Parkinson’s Australia, CEO of the Rural Doctors Association of Australia and CEO of Health Purchasing Victoria.

Steve brings to the Board his extensive experience in developing health policy, strategic and operational planning, change management, clinical and corporate governance.

Steve is passionate about working to improve our health system. He has focused on working for organisations that operate within the communities they serve to ensure they are responsive to the needs of that community and have clear purpose to benefit that community.
