CoS - Continuity of Support
Community Options Australia was selected by the Commonwealth Department of Health to administer the CoS Program for Individual Support Packages.
CoS is assisting older Australians with a disability to achieve similar outcomes to those they were achieving before being transitioned to new funding arrangements.
Eligible clients transitioned to CoS at the time the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) became available in their region.
There are no new entrants to the program following the implementation of CoS in a region.
