We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and taking steps to help staff and the people we support remain safe. Our Emergency Response Plan has been activated. We are undertaking necessary testing of systems to ensure business continuity whilst minimising the risk of exposure.

How we are helping

During the coronavirus pandemic, you might be feeling uncertain and getting a lot of information from many different sources. So, we want to keep everything you need to know about our response to the coronavirus in one place, with the latest information as things change. Here are some of the things we’re doing to help you, our teams, and our network to stay safe in this challenging time.

Support for our clients

We have moved our team of Home Support Assessors and Service Coordinators to work from home arrangements. With this transition, we ensure we are answering your calls and able to provide you with continuity of service. We are also making further changes to our telephone network to improve the caller experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move forward.

As changes come in the way the Government is asking us to maintain and deliver services evolve, we are in regular contact with our network. Our network remains highly committed and responsive. We are grateful and proud of how everyone is working. We share a common goal of keeping our people and our clients safe and supported.
