How we are helping
During the coronavirus pandemic, you might be feeling uncertain and getting a lot of information from many different sources. So, we want to keep everything you need to know about our response to the coronavirus in one place, with the latest information as things change. Here are some of the things we’re doing to help you, our teams, and our network to stay safe in this challenging time.
Support for our clients
We have once again moved our team of Home Support Assessors and Service Coordinators to work from home arrangements. With this transition, we ensure we are answering your calls and are able to provide you with continuity of service. We have expanded our team and made further changes to our telephone network to improve the caller experience. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move forward.

Our network remains highly committed and responsive. We are grateful and proud of how everyone is working. We share a common goal of keeping our people and our clients safe and supported. As changes come in the way the Government is asking us to maintain and deliver services we can see an impressive lvel of adaptability and flexibility aross the network.
