ComPacks Resource Materials

COA has updated several resources associated with the ComPacks program to better inform clients, carers and staff who receive and deliver care via the ComPacks program.

These new resources include a refresh of key messages and information for clients via a client brochure, as well as service provider folders. Importantly COA has created a concise workflow chart to assist all organisations involved in the management and delivery of care via the ComPacks Program.
