As part of our continual service improvement, Community Options Australia (COA) has developed several new processes within the COsMoS platform.
The first of these relates to our data capture in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Service Coordinators will see a new drop-down menu requesting information on service delivery requests. Responses here will assist us to determine emerging issues relating to cancellation or rejection of service.
The second change enables a more effective and efficient way to refer and manage service delivery requests to Brokered Service Providers.
COA is reaching out to our network organisations to discuss participation in training covering these changes. The training will be provided via webinar given the current circumstances with COVID-19. This training will be supported by a User Guide that can be used for ongoing reference.
