Joseph joins COA as Senior Manager – Business and Operational Development.

Joseph has worked in the not-for-profit and Government sectors in senior executive roles for over 30 years. He has extensive experience of experience in operations, community development and engagement, policy analysis, capacity building, and business development.

Joseph is committed to finding innovative solutions to better support the most vulnerable. He is an effective collaborator who aims to break down barriers preventing access and participation. He has been instrumental in establishing a broad range of specialist programs and ensuring mainstream programs are adapted to better meet the needs of the most disadvantaged.

He has postgraduate qualifications in conflict resolution and sociology and is an accredited mediator.
